Location, site & Surroundings
The project site is located in the sector 37-D of Gurgaon, NCR.
The site is located towards the northern side of the city.
The approach road to the site is thru the 150m wide road on one side and 24 m on the other side which connect to the other parts of the city.

Development Regulations
The project follows the regulations laid down DTCP.
The broad guidelines are as follows.
Max. saleable area
55% of the net planned area. Max. saleable area comprises 51% Residential and 4% commercial. Min. size of the commercial site shall be 1.0 acres.
EWS plots
@ 20% of the total plots
NPNL
plots @ 25% of total plots NEWS plots maximum size = 50 to 125 sq.mts NPNL plots maximum size = 125 to 225 sq.mts
Green area
5%, of which 4% to be formal green and 1% incidental green. The min. size of formal green at one place shall be 1.0 acres.
Min. road width is 12 m
The list of amenities necessary for various development sizes are laid down, which consist of schools, taxi stand, dispensary, temple and other incidental spaces. Density allowed =100 PPA
Development Strategy
